Geração de energia a partir de calor residual

A recuperação de calor residual da sinterização é uma maneira importante de reduzir o consumo de energia no processo de sinterização e melhorar a eficiência da utilização de energia. O princípio básico é que o minério sinterizado é resfriado soprando ar no resfriador de anel, e o ar frio soprado do fundo é aquecido ao passar pela camada de minério sinterizado quente, tornando-se gás de exaustão de alta temperatura. Além disso, uma parte da máquina de sinterização produz minério sinterizado puxando gás de exaustão de alta temperatura do fundo para a chaminé, que é introduzido na caldeira através do ventilador de tiragem induzida, aquecendo a água na caldeira para produzir vapor. O vapor aciona a turbina para girar e acionar o gerador para gerar eletricidade。
